The majority of the participants are very familiar. The most familiar face in the exchange is the real estate agent. Next, the mortgage company provides the financial capital required to finance the exchange. To ensure the stated size of the property has not been misrepresented and describe the layout of the property, the inspection often requires creating a sketch of the floorplan. Paired Sales AnalysisAppraisers get to know the neighborhoods in which they work. They innately understand the value of certain features to the people of that area.
